FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended for relaxing residual strain caused by blade machining by means of surface ultrasound plastic deformation. It comprises acoustic system, jacket, nut, insert of sound absorbing material and sound killer layer. Besides, it includes jack for manual connection of the device to ultrasound generator to be fitted in NC machine adapter and automatically replaced. Note here that acoustic system consists of two piezoceramic rings arranged on waveguide end and rigidly fixed in metal cup closed by another cup from outside.
