FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises receivers of inlet signals and a computer with inlet and outlet facilities, besides, receivers of input signals are connected to inlet facilities, and one of outlets is connected to programmable logical controller of machine CNC system. Receivers of inlet signals are arranged in the form of three strain gage transducers, which are connected to appropriate inlets of computer and functionally provide for measurement of cutting forces components along axes Px, Py, Pz, besides, computer inlet and outlet facilities are arranged in the form of three inlets and two outlets, besides, the first inlet of the computer functionally provides for generation of commands to control machine CNC system, and the second outlet of the computer functionally provides for visualisation of information, besides, the computer is arranged with a coupling module with strain gage transducers with three inlets and one outlet, information processing module with one inlet and one outlet, a forecasting module with one inlet and one outlet, a module to form control commands for machine CNC system with one inlet and one outlet, a module of user graphical interface with two inlets and one outlet, in which the first, second and third inlets of the computer are formed by according inlets of the coupling module with strain gage transducers, and the first outlet of the computer is formed by the outlet of the module for formation of control commands for CNC system. At the same time the module of coupling with strain gage transducers, the module of information processing, the forecasting module and the module of control commands formation for machine CNC system are connected in series, and in the module of user graphical interface the first and second inlets are connected accordingly to outlets of the information processing module and the forecasting module, besides, the outlet of the user graphical interface module forms the second outlet of the computer.
