FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of mortars. Proposed unit comprises working chamber mounted elastically on bed and equipped with drive. Said chamber is shaped to torus with bicurved wavy multi-start screw surface provided with screw grooves, inside and outside of said chamber, arranged at surface axis and shaped to curvilinear pockets with centers of curvature located inside and outside of said chamber. It is composed of sections, each being shaped to circular sector composed of coiled strip to make different-size equilateral triangles. Note here that on both sides of the larger triangle located are two identical isosceles triangles on sides of which located are two identical equilateral triangles. Note here that sides of smaller equilateral triangles differ from those of larger ones by one linear value. Note also that aforesaid sections are interconnected by free sides of said triangles.

EFFECT: expanded operating performances, smaller overall dimensions.
