FIELD: construction.

At the same time at least one shock absorber (11, 12, 14) is arranged directly near the support lever (5) in the area of extension of an axis (8) of rotation of the support lever (5), at the same time compactness of the structure is provided due to the fact that whenever a shock absorber is added, the hinged element does not protrude at the side opposite to the side element.
