FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine (ICE) includes generation device of combustible gases from hydrocarbon fuel mixed with water, case block (1), cylinder bushing (2), and cover plate of cylinder (3) with valves. Generation device of combustible gases from hydrocarbon fuel mixed with water includes water (6) and fuel (5) supply pumps, mixer (7), mixture heater (8), gas generator (4) and gas accumulator (12) with pressure transmitter. Mixture heater (8) is installed in exhaust manifold (9). Gas generator (4) is made in the form of a ring inside which a row of heat-resistant pipes (16) is mounted. Gas generator (4) is installed between cylinder bushing (1) and cover plate of cylinder (1), in upper part of combustion chamber so that inner space of gas generator (4) is not related to combustion chamber. Gas accumulator (12) is connected via pipelines on one side to gas generator (4), and on the other side, through vacuum reducing valve (13) and manifold of fuel-and-air mixture (11), to inlet air manifold (10).

EFFECT: obtaining the controllable gas generation process with possibility of changing the quantity and qualitative composition of combustible gas.
