FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to power engineering and can be used in households, farms and industry for burning garbage and wood wastes. Substance of inventions consists in the fact that after loading of initial raw material and before supply of air to gas generator, drying of initial raw material is performed by supply of exhaust gases from exhaust system of exhaust gases in internal combustion engine operating on liquid fuel, and after ignition of the starting material, the engine is switched to operation from gas-generator gas. Gas-generating electric plant, in which the method of its start-up is implemented, contains the system of preliminary drying of raw material, connected to pipeline of selection, which input is connected to exhaust system of exhaust gases of engine. Engine comprises nozzle running on gas generator gas and nozzle for supply of liquid fuel.

EFFECT: technical result is to facilitate the start-up of the plant.
