FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to power engineering and can be used in households, farms and industry for burning garbage and wood wastes. Substance of inventions in part of method consists in fact that after loading of initial raw material and before air supply to gas generator, drying of initial raw material is performed by supply of exhaust gases from exhaust system of exhaust gases in internal combustion engine operating on liquid fuel. After ignition of initial raw material, internal combustion engine is switched to operation from gas-generator gas, and to collapse the roof of the initial raw material in the main combustion cavity of the gas generator, a signal is repeatedly sent from the control unit to the drive of back-and-forth movement of the rod. Additionally, gas-generator gas activation and ozonation of air supplied to gas generator are performed. Gas-generating electrical plant, in which the method is realized, comprises a system for preliminary drying of initial material, connected to a bleed pipeline, the inlet of which is connected to an exhaust system of exhaust gases in an internal combustion engine, and the engine comprises in the fuel-air mixture supply system an injector operating on the gas-generator gas, and a liquid fuel nozzle connected to the liquid fuel supply system.
EFFECT: technical result is to facilitate the start-up of the plant.
