FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: lighting device 12 contains light-emitting diodes 16, lightguide plates 18, air bed AR and diffusive structures. Each lightguide plate 18 has entry luminous surface 34 and exit luminous surface 36. Entry luminous surface 34 is directed to corresponding light-emitting diode 16 and light from light-emitting diode 16 passes through entry luminous surface 34. Exit luminous surface 36 through which light passes out is located along direction in which light-emitting diode 16 and entry luminous surface 34 are located. Lightguide plates 18 are arranged in parallel order so that they are parallel to exit luminous surface 36 and perpendicular to arrangement direction. Between neighbouring lightguide plates 18 there is air bed AR provided which refraction index is lower than refraction index of lightguide plates 18. Diffusive structures are made on end side surfaces 31a which are surfaces of separation between lightguide plates 18 and air bed AR. These diffusive structures are configured for light diffusing inside lightguide plates 18.
EFFECT: achieving uniform brightness.
