FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting equipment. A backlighting unit 12 comprises light diodes (L) 16, light-guide plates (LP) 18, light diode circuit boards 17, clamps 23, and fixing structures. Each LP 18 has a surface of light input 34 and a surface of light output 36. The light input surface 34 faces L 16. The light from L 16 enters the light input surface 34. The light output surface 36 is parallel to the direction of the axis Y. The light exits from the light output surface 36. LP 18 are arranged in a line along the direction of the axis Y so that one covers another in direction of the axis Z. L 16 and LP 18 are mounted on light diode circuit boards 17. LP 18 are fixed on light diode circuit boards 17 with the help of clamps 23, and are retained in initial conditions, in which they were mounted. LP 18, which cover one another, include the first LP 18A and the second LP 18B. The first LP 18A is located on the side of the rear surface relative to the second LP 18B. The second LP 18B is located on the side of the frontal surface relative to the first LP 18A. Fixing structures are provided on clamps 23, which fix the first LP 18A and the second LP 18B, accordingly. Fixing structures are made as capable of limiting relative displacement of the second LP 18B in direction of the axis X and direction of the axis Y.
