FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a soil extract with a flow technique of determining agrochemical properties of soil involves weighing a soil sample and putting said sample into the container of a process cassette with addition of an extractant in proportion to the mass of the soil sample, mixing contents of the process cassette to obtain a suspension, separating the liquid and solid fractions of the soil suspension by centrifuging in a centrifuge with four process cassettes arranged in pairs in two rocking buckets of the centrifuge rotor, transferring the liquid fraction of the suspension from the process cassettes to analytical cassettes using a multichannel overflow device and determining phosphorus using a colorimetric method and potassium using a flame-photometric method, on flow and flow-discrete type autoanalysers. Apparatus for realising this method are also provided.

EFFECT: faster and more reliable obtaining of soil extracts.
