SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical preparation derinat is sorbed in holes of micropanel for immunofermentative analysis, solution of sample, containing C1-inhibitor of human complement with unknown concentration, is introduced into micropanel holes and incubation is carried out. After pad drying and washing, conjugate of enzyme with antibodies against C1-inhibitor and said enzyme substrate are introduced into holes. After that, content of C1-inhibitor is calculated by amount of formed product of enzymatic reaction. Set contains flat-bottomed micropanel with sorbed derinat preparation, conjugate of enzyme with antibodies to human C1-inhibitor, substrate buffer of said enzyme and standard for C1-inhibitor.
EFFECT: practical use of invention makes it possible to determine C1-inhibitor in a reliable way.
