SUBSTANCE: integrated system of mobile communication comprises several user terminals of cellular communication with different standards, an element of a satellite communication system, comprising at least one satellite, one centre of observation and dispatching, one ground unit of network-to-network coupling and a radio information complex comprising a retransmitter of satellite communication with a directional antenna, a multi-mode retransmitter of cellular communication with a multibeam antenna, a centre of mobile service switching, satellite navigation equipment, Earth surface video survey equipment in the service zone, a device for organisation of communication channels.
EFFECT: realisation of interaction of several mobile user terminals of ground cellular communication with different standards with a mobile satellite communication system via an intermediate radio information complex placed above the Earth surface in the specified service zone.
