FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used to provide communication of mobile subscribers and determine their location. For this purpose, with no possibility in retranslator to determine own navigation coordinates, retranslator functions are assigned to the navigation-communication mobile subscriber terminal, which determines own navigation coordinates directly via global satellite navigation system GLONASS (GPS) or at local landmarks by manual input of coordinates. Each navigation communication terminal and retranslator comprises control module, module for manual input of coordinates, navigation module, antenna input of which is connected to antenna of global navigation satellite system, and series-connected negotiation-call module, control computer and transceiver, antenna input of which is connected with connected to it mobile antenna, input of module for manual input of coordinates, inputs/outputs of control module and navigation module are connected respectively to control input, control and navigation outputs-inputs of control computer, data input-output of which is input/output of gateway.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that invention allows upon bad visibility of satellites to assign retranslators from navigation-communication terminals of mobile subscribers, which can become a source of local navigation field.
