FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: dispersion is obtained by mixing brazing paste with filler from metal powder, the electric conductivity of which is higher than electric conductivity of brazing alloy in brazing paste, and diluter is added to increase dispersion fluidity in the amount providing the possibility of applying to the substrate of dispersion layer of the required thickness, and dispersion heating is performed by means of laser with emissive power providing evaporation of organic component parts of brazing paste in dispersion layer and brazing of filler particles.
EFFECT: electric resistance of electroconductive tracks is received; those tracks are obtained by application to the substrate surface of dispersion layer representing brazing paste; local heating of dispersion in the places corresponding to the pattern of electroconductive tracks till adhesion of dispersion with substrate surface; removal of unused dispersion from the substrate surface.
