FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the field of agriculture, namely, to gardening. In the method mature trees are used, having a rotten core, into which planting is made by arrangement of holes in a trunk. Soil is added into them, and crops are planted into the core, besides, the holes in the trunk are made with alternating section as inclined. Besides, the depth of the wide part must be more than the diameter of a planted seed or roots. The device comprises a rod or a hollow tube with a striker and a handle at one end and a bulge with a cutting edge at the other end for making holes under planting of plants when breaking the rotten core of the tree according to the clause 1.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase productivity of waterlogged lands overgrown with low-valued wood by growing of fruit and berry plants on them.
