SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and may be used to give water to small animals. The automatic drinking bowl for small animals and birds comprises a reservoir (1) with water, a heat insulation material (2) of the reservoir and a heater (5). Inside the reservoir (1) there is a watering tube (3) with a nipple valve (10) at the end. The watering tube (3) stretches outside from the reservoir (1) via a sealant (4). The heater (5) is installed inside the watering tube (3) along its entire length and is arranged as posistor, automatically maintaining the specified temperature. The heater (5) is connected to a source of supply (9). A drain hole (11) for water supply is arranged above the sealant (4). The heat insulation material (2) has a cellular structure.

EFFECT: provision of water to animals under minus temperature of ambient air and increased comfort of device usage.
