SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical garments, namely to products for backache treatment and prevention. A therapeutic belt for backache prevention and treatment contains external and internal surfaces at the ends of which there are a textile band fastener and stitched fabric strips wherein which plastic strips are inserted. The fabric strips are stitched on an external surface. The internal surface consists of two lateral, upper and lower parts with textile fasteners and a central part, in the form of replaceable inserts made of different materials or with different processing types, and a textile fastener on the ends to be attached to the for lateral, upper and lower parts of the internal surface.

EFFECT: availability of replaceable inserts with different processing types to ensure various therapeutic effects and applicability of the product as a fixation bandage when using medical ointments and gels that enhances the product and provides maintenance conditions.
