SUBSTANCE: table electric mixer comprises a rotary body and an electric rotating facility. The rotary body comprises a mixing shaft, a rotary disc and a mixing facility equipped with mixing blades. Mixing blades are provided at one end of the mixing shaft, the rotary disc is provided directly above mixing blades of the mixing facility, and the other end of the mixing shaft is arranged as capable of connection with the electric rotating facility. The mixing facility has a spherical or conical tip, besides, this tip is arranged on the axial line of the rotating shaft, and the maximum diameter of the mixing facility in the cross section perpendicular to the mixing shaft, is more than the diameter of the mixing shaft and less than the diameter of the rotating disc. Mixing blades are provided so that at least two mixing blades are arranged along the outer circumference with the maximum diameter of the mixing facility, so that they face the mixing shaft. The surface of mixing blades facing the mixing shaft is a flat surface. Mixing blades are provided so that the angle formed by the specified flat surface and cross section with the maximum diameter of the mixing facility on the mixing shaft makes from 95 to 135 degrees. Central areas of flat surfaces of appropriate mixing blades in direction of their width are arranged on the circumference of a single circle around the mixing shaft as a centre. Preferably, the table electric mixer according to the invention comprises a jacket.

EFFECT: invention provides for efficiency of mixing, ease of breaking and dissolution of water soluble capsules both in hot and cold water.
