FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely paediatric gastroenterology and may used most effectively in treating chronic hepatitis C. A method involves the introduction of a preparation of interferon alpha-2a(Roferon); besides, during the whole period of the therapy, recombinant interleukin-2 (Roncoleukin) is introduced twice a week every 48 hours. For the first 2 weeks, the preparation is introduced subcutaneously 0.02 mg/kg of child's weight once a day, but no more than 1.0 mg per one dose, then started to be introduced orally 0.02 mg/kg of weight 2 times a week for 8 weeks. It is followed by a 4-week pause in the introduction of the preparation, then the preparation is prescribed again for 8 weeks with another 4-week pause.

EFFECT: invention enables stable remission more often than twice than if prescribing monotherapy with interferon alpha-2a (Roferon).
