FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method of moulding one or more parts of thermoplastic package jointed with the face of packing container box including thermoplastic in, at least, inner layer. Device comprises inner and outer forming elements. Forming cavity is formed between said two elements. Forming cavity is arranged to house, at least, said container box face part for it to stay in contact with forming cavity. At least, one of said forming elements is, at least, partially suspended. Device comprises plastic melt injector and drives of forming elements intended for applying pressure to said elements for extrusion of plastic in forming cavity. Compression force acts on center of force F due to, at least, one suspended forming element. Proposed method comprises making inner and outer forming elements, forming cavity, injecting thermoplastic melt therein, closing said cavity and extruding the plastic melt therein. Compression force acts on center of force F due to, at least, one suspended forming element. Melt is injected at first number of cavity points equal to or exceeding unity to make melt island for every said point. Said points are distributed so that said center of force F crosses the surface confined by parallel projection of each of said first number of islands onto plane P perpendicular to compression force direction D. When said first number exceeds unity, melt is injected at second number of points so that surface has maximum magnitude. In forming two or more parts of package, melt is injected at first number of points distributed over forming cavities so that each cavity has, at least, one point for forming melt island for every point. Said points are distributed so that said center of force F crosses the surface confined by parallel projection of each of said first number of islands onto plane P perpendicular to compression force direction D. Besides, melt is injected at second number of imaginary straight lines intersecting third number of parallel projections so that surface has maximum magnitude.
