SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry, in particular with devices and methods of production of polyester plastic with a barrier coating. One of the preferable methods and the device provides, that pills are molded by injection and then are immediately covered with a barrier coating and remain on a part of drawback for a while for a quick chilling of a finished pill. It is preferable, that the items with the barrier coating have the form of the pills coated at least with one layer of a barrier material, and containers formed out of them by injection. The technical result is a decreased weight and brittleness and the potentially lower cost.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decreased weight and brittleness of items and a potentially smaller cost.
