FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation means and may be used at electrically driven transport facilities for location. Proposed system comprises control and clocking unit, data transmission channels, navigation message generators, stationary PLC-transceivers, sections of electric power transmission lines, computers, and data storages. Said control and clocking unit is connected via data transmission lines with navigation message generators connected via stationary PLC-transceivers to both ends of sections of electric power transmission lines. Said sections of electric power transmission lines and mobile PLC-transceivers are connected to computers connected to data storages. Said mobile PLC-transceivers, computers and data storages are mounted at transport facilities.
EFFECT: accurate location.
