SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry and may be used in lifting and pull mechanisms. Proposed winch comprises cable drum and planetary reduction gear box. Planetary reduction gearbox comprises housing and cover, sun gear, central wheel, pinion carrier and plane pinion. Central wheel is arranged between cover and housing. Axles of plane pinions are fixed in pinion carriers. Pinion carrier has ledge to carry cable drum. Both cover and housing may revolve about lengthwise axis. Band brake is arranged on rim outer side.

EFFECT: possibility of idling, transmitting higher torque, decreased overall dimensions.
