FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to production of ceramic construction materials and may be used in making bricks, ceramic stones, tiles, etc. Proposed method comprises preparing the stock, extruding, two-step heating and curing to bloating, and stabilisation. Note here that first heating step is carried out before extrusion, simultaneously with transfer of stock into zone of mold filling. Moulding if performed in muffle kiln with cover. Second heating step is performed at, at least, 1250°C for, at least 10 min while stabilisation is performed in inclined tunnel kiln with inner inlet temperature of, at least, 900°C. Thereafter finished product is cooled to the rate of not over 120 deg/h to not over 30-40°C.
EFFECT: simplified process.
