SUBSTANCE: personal hygiene composition contains a polymer surfactant with low degree of polymerisation which contains at least 7 and less than 2000 amphiphilic repeating units per average basic mass. The amphiphilic repeating units constitute at least about 10 mol % of the polymer surfactant. The composition also contains ingredients used in personal hygiene compositions and has TEP of about 3 or higher.

EFFECT: reduced irritant effect on the skin and eyes.
