FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a skin cleansing composition, comprising following components: (a) a low molecular weight, non-crosslinked, hydrophobically modified linear acrylic copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of about 100,000 or less; (b) a fatty acid ester and a glycerol polymer, where ester contains x glycerol repeating units, and length of carbon chain is n, where x ranges from 8 to 14; and n from 10 to 18; (c) at least one surfactant from a group consisting of anionic and amphoteric surfactants or mixtures thereof, wherein said surfactants are present in an amount of from 2 to 7 wt.% based on skin cleansing composition.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce an agent which does not cause significant irritation, having a relatively high transparency and a relatively high degree of foaming.
