SUBSTANCE: device with a filler for closing a bottle and treating the liquid product as may be contained therein includes a cover connected to the body fixed on the bottle neck via a threaded connection, a filler and an air conducting unit; the device is equipped with a doser capable of turning in the body and the nipple with holes, a separate circumferential channel and air conducting channels, a filler placed in the doser cavity, a nipple fixed inside the body having side holes for vodka and air (which are designed so that to enable their overlapping by the doser), a rotary mechanism represented by detachable connection of the cover with the doser, an air supply unit formed in the process of the doser turning in the result of communication of the doser air conducting channels with the holes in the nipple that are designed so that to enable their matching with the doser air conducting channels in the process of the doser turning by the specified angle.
