FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related mostly to alcoholic beverage industry. Invention is intended for individual treatment and purification of every single portion of liquid product (vodka) poured from reservoir (bottle) in the moment of time that directly precedes consumption personally by the consumer. The device contains cartridge that consists of casing connected with bottle neck and filter installed in it, air supplying accessory. Filter is fixed on the internal surface in the casing and is formed with serially installed filtering material of rough purification, sorbate or their mixture and filtering material of fine purification. Air supplying accessory includes compressed gas balloon that is fixed on the bottle or inbuilt into its body and conjugated with tube, which is tightly connected with through channel in the cartridge body or connected tightly by means sealing element that is installed between cartridge casing and bottle neck and that communicates to channels, which are arranged on the internal surface of cartridge body and limited with external surface of bottle neck. Compressed gas balloon is arranged with opening lever and with stabiliser of pressure and flow rate that is connected to the tube. Stabiliser of pressure and flow rate is arranged in the form of membrane with calibrated opening. Balloon also includes relief signal valve and safety valve.
EFFECT: creation of convenient and simple mechanism for provision of necessary excessive pressure of air in the internal volume of bottle with liquid product and filter installation along the whole section of the cartridge body.
