SUBSTANCE: invention includes a wedge-like diverter with hydraulic anchor, fluid supply channel connecting the cavity of drill pipes and cavity of cutting tool to working cavity of anchor, cutting tool attached to upper part of wedge-like diverter by means of a detaching device with a shear bolt. The latter is equipped with annular stress concentrator located below diverting surface of the wedge and cylindrical constriction on the side of cutting tool, which is equipped with a cylinder interconnected with cavity. Detaching device is made in the form of a radial piston inserted into the cylinder with possibility of restricted movement towards the shear bolt and fixed in transport position with a locking mechanism opening at the pressure exceeding the pressure of fastening of hydraulic anchor in the well shaft. Due to the fact that it is possible to detach the cutting tool from the wedge by the fluid pressure, the application of the device will be enlarged and its operating reliability in horizontal sections of inclined and multibranch wells will be improved.

EFFECT: probability of emergency situations is reduced.
