SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of the wells, namely to the sidetracks drilling from previously drilled open holes. Wedge deflector for sidetracks drilling from open holes includes a wedge with a guide groove and a longitudinal channel connected by a hinged transverse axis to an adapter with the possibility of the wedge head mechanically pressing against the well wall, setting tool made in the form of a hollow rod passing through the wedge longitudinal channel and connected to adapter with the possibility of longitudinal movement only and fixation by shearing elements and balls, wherein the balls are located in the communicating with its channel adapter blind radial openings and are made spring-loaded to the inside arranged in the hollow rod radial holes upper and lower rows, respectively, inflatable anchor, made in the form of a longitudinally corrugated pipe with cylindrical ends, rigidly connected to the adapter from below and equipped with a shoe, which is connected to the adapter by a process pipe, from below is equipped with a calibrator, and from the inside is with a seat for the hollow bushing nipple, which is configured to locking by the located from below in the shoe seat locking element, is placed in a hollow rod with the possibility of moving downwards with fixation by the shearing elements. Adapter central channel of the is communicated with space between the anchor and the process pipe by a channel, and the hollow bushing is installed with the possibility of the radial holes rows hermetic overlapping and interaction with the balls, from the inside is equipped with a narrowing for free fall from the mouth element. From the below the wedge is equipped with a groove parallel to the hinged joint axis. From the duct side, the groove from the wedge edge is made inclined with a rise towards the axis, hollow rod in the area of the gap between the wedge and the adapter on the side of the wedge duct is provided with the docked planes, the upper one of which is parallel to the central axis and the lower one is at an angle from the upper plane in the adapter direction. In the gap between the wedge and the adapter a wedge-shaped pusher with an opening is arranged interacting with the hollow rod planes with the possibility of movement during the hollow rod pulling upward of the wedge-shaped pusher in the bore tilting direction before the interaction and with subsequent wedge head pressing against the well wall and fixing in this position.

EFFECT: enabling the possibility to produce the wedge "head" deflection to the well wall during its installation, securely fix and reliably hold it in this position during the sidetrack entire construction cycle and to exclude emergency situations with well bore passage section overlapping by the wedge deflector; expansion of functionality and reduction of the spudding-in and the sidetrack drilling time, which ultimately will reduce the overall cost of well construction in difficult geological conditions.
