FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device includes deflecting wedge, hydraulic anchor, cutting tool attached to upper part of deflecting wedge by means of detachment device with shear element. The latter is equipped with a two-stage cylindrical cavity, the larger one of which is equipped with annular recess with chamfers on the side of cutting tool. Cutting tool is equipped with cylinder interconnected with the cavity, and detachment device is made in the form of a piston inserted in the cylinder with possibility of restricted movement towards the shear element and fixed in transportable position with locking mechanism opening at the pressure exceeding the pressure of hydraulic anchor fastening in the well shaft. Besides, piston is equipped with a projection, on the outer side of which there arranged is cage with balls, which is spring-loaded from piston. Annular recess of shear element is provided with possibility of interaction with balls in transportable position, and end face between stages of cylindrical cavity - with cage during detachment; at that, between projection and inner end face of cylindrical cavity of shear element there installed is spring-loaded pusher.
EFFECT: possible use of the device in wells with complicated profile; higher operating reliability.
