FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: assembly methods of the first rotor 102 and the second rotor 104, which have mismatched flanged holes 120, 122, can involve the use of mating elements locating essentially in the centre of the corresponding rotor flanges 110, 112, installation of rods having a thread at least on some part into each of flanged holes 120, 122 equally spaced in circumferential direction and made in one rotor flange 110, and conjugation of the above adjacent elements and passage of rods through the corresponding flanged holes 120, 122 made in the other rotor flange 112. Then, rotors 102, 104 are gradually pulled to each other by screwing of threaded coupling on each rod, thus providing the arrangement on one axis of rotor flanges 110, 112. After contact of flanges is achieved, machining of flanged holes 120, 122 is performed, thus providing their complementarity. After rods are removed, rotors can be connected by installing a fastener into each pair of matched flanged holes.
EFFECT: assembly of two rotors having mismatched flanged holes is provided.
