SUBSTANCE: refrigerating device comprises a vessel that surrounds an internal chamber, a ventilation device installed in the internal chamber. The ventilation device comprises a frame, a fan installed on the frame and a facing panel, which is installed to separate the ventilation device from the useful area of the internal chamber of the refrigerating device. The frame comprises at least one guide element, and the facing panel is arranged as capable of installation onto the frame with the help of the guide element. The facing panel surrounds the frame and fully covers it.

EFFECT: using this invention makes it possible to create a refrigerating device with a ventilation device, in which replaceable parts inside the device are easily accessible.
