FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for chromatographic separation of substances, having three chromatographic columns, consists of a heat insulating layer, an external housing, a temperature-controlled chamber and an internal housing. The apparatus also consists of an external porous partition, sorption layers divided into sections by intermediate porous partitions, an internal porous partition, which are made in form of curved surfaces closed in space, successively overlapping each other, connected to each other by transition and additional channels fitted with switching elements, which are connected to a source of the separated mixture, with eluent flow and a system of receivers for collecting fractions; between the external porous partition and the external housing of the columns there is a gap into which the eluent and the separated substance are fed through several distribution channels. The chamber between the heat insulation layer and the external housing, additional channels fitted with controlled switching elements is connected to heat carrier or coolant sources, a controlled flow divider at the output of the chromatographic separation system, forming a bypass line on which there is one or more detectors which are selective towards components of the separated substance, and between the flow divider and the output of the detectors there is an analytical column with a feeder and a channel for feeding the eluent. At the centre of each column, equidistant from the sorption layer there is a source of ultrasonic vibrations which is controlled based on frequency, power and operating time.

EFFECT: high efficiency and purity of the separated substance from the harmful microbiological medium.
