FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves filling a form with a list of addresses of all points (advertisement installations) of communication channels, a form for setting dimensional MI factors of the installations, wherein legal organisational forms of socially significant facilities lying in the zone where each of the points is located are determined, as well as the economy class of the consumers of the goods/services of facilities lying in the zone where each advertisement point is located, the distance from the point to the form of socially significant facilities, filling the form for setting non-dimensional MI factors of points, a form for setting MI factors of the sides of the point. The collected data are entered into a subscriber terminal and transmitted to a server, whose special program systemises the obtained data on points and their factors, creates a description of a point which includes lists of groups of the target audience passing near the determined point, socially significant facilities and infrastructure and town-planning structures lying next the defined point, as well as the distance from the point to the stream of the target audience and from the point to each facility. The server then resents the user a list of addresses of points having qualities set by the user, with description of each point and factors.
