SUBSTANCE: fastening device (1) for mounting an antenna (A) on a bearing surface (S), having a base (2) which can be mounted on the bearing surface (S), and a fastening element (3) connected to an underlying opening (5) in the bearing surface (S), wherein the fastening element (3) is provided with a first group of protruding elastic lobes (8) which can fix the base (2) on the bearing surface (S) through the thrusting action of the first group of elastic lobes (8) on the wall (10) of the bearing surface (S) opposite the wall (11) which supports the base (2). The fastening element (3) is provided with a second group of elastic lobes (9) which are inserted into a plurality of cuts (12) in the edge of the opening (5) when the first and second groups of elastic lobes (8, 9) are inserted into the opening (5) for subsequent movement of the base (2) on the bearing surface (S).

EFFECT: strong mounting of the antenna in the direction of the axis perpendicular to the top of the vehicle and in accordance with the direction of rotation of the antenna relative the top, high stability of mounting and easy removal of the antenna.
