SUBSTANCE: device consists of a disk-holder interacting by the in-depth end surface with the disk-holder plate having connectors of the type "socket", and through the disc-holder plate and the end surface with the support surface of the hooks by fasteners, such as screws, and interacting with the sealing rubber ring placed in the upper end of the circular groove, and a disc of the antenna device interacting by the in-depth end surface with the antenna device plate having the connectors of the type "plug" and the non-plug connection to the antenna device by means of the fastening elements of the type rivet and having protrusions located on the axis of the external cylindrical surface of the antenna device disk having mutually perpendicular grooves with the placed elastic elements in the form of the spring torsion, one end of which is in contact with the hole placed in the antenna device disk and the other is a ring handle having the ability to move in the groove during connecting the antenna device disk with the disk-holder during passing of the hooks along the groove, contacting by the inclined surface with the elastic elements, placing them aside, wherein the elastic elements rotate around the pins interacting with the projection on the antenna device disk, and the connectors of the type "plug" are in contact with connectors of the type "socket" until the interaction of the elastic elements with the locking hook surface, providing the connection of the disc-holder with the antenna device disc creating the airtight cavity E through the sealing ring contacting with the disk plate of the antenna device.

EFFECT: ensuring quick installation and quick removal of the antenna on the vehicle body.
