SUBSTANCE: method and device to improve quality of control signal transfer based on transfer of messages that control transfer of voice or data along a radio interface between at least two wireless transfer/receipt units (WTRU), which support technologies of multiple users that repeatedly use one time interval/voice services at adaptive channels of collective access at one time interval (MUROS/VAMOS). WTRU interact with each other on a physical level with the help of messages transfer sent in control channels, such as a slow associated control channel (SACCH) and a fast associated control channel (FACCH). Events of SACCH for users multiplexed by MUROS/VAMOS, may be shifted or displaced to make it possible to exclusively use entire time interval for one user.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of signal transfer.
