SUBSTANCE: method involves the following steps for: setting positions of the Slow Associated Control Channel (SACCH) frames and Traffic Channel (TCH) frames of multiple subscribers in a multiframe, wherein the SACCH frame of each subscriber and one or more TCH frames of other subscribers multiplex the same timeslot of the multiframe in a half-rate channel, and transmitting the multiframe in a preset timeslot. By adjusting the positions of the SACCH frames and TCH frames of the multiplexing subscribers, the SACCH frame of one subscriber and the TCH frames of other subscribers multiplex in the same timeslot for transmission, i.e. the SACCH frames are staggered during transmission.
EFFECT: normal transmission of SACCH signalling of all subscribers and reducing the effect on the voice quality.
