SUBSTANCE: lighting device (10) comprises the main controller (11), which, when an operation of colour tint correction is performed, in each multitude of light radiating elements (3) determines a light radiating diode from a red light diode (3a), a green light diode (3b) and a blue light diode (3c), which has deteriorated most significantly, and on the basis of speed of deterioration of a light diode, which has deteriorated most significantly, classifies a light radiating element (3) onto the first group, in which correction of the colour tint is performed, and the second group, in which correction of the colour tint is not performed.
EFFECT: less reduction of illumination light brightness.
