SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting equipment. A lighting device (10) comprises many light-radiating elements (3), accordingly comprising a red LED (3a), a green LED (3b) and a blue LED (3c); an output unit (15), producing a value in compliance with brightness of received light; and the main controller (11) for operation of lighting colour correction. The main controller is configured so that the controller does not perform a light correction operation relative to an element that radiates light, besides, output values of one or several from the red LED, green LED and blue LED are estimated as having the specified value or higher.

EFFECT: reduced time of lighting colour correction.
