FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: repair of a posterior wall of inguinal canal involves a filament knot of the applied suture flipped over; for this purpose needle is pricked in inguinal ligament at first, and then in a layer of abdominal internal oblique muscle from the outside. When tightening the sutures, the knots are immersed in the wound depth under the muscular layer.
EFFECT: method enables substantially relieving pain syndrome and length of postoperative rehabilitation.
