FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for injection of veterinary preparations to poultry comprises a retaining element (2), an injection cannula, and the holes (3) in the retaining element (2). The injection is carried out in the area of muscle on the bone. The retaining element (2) has an anatomic shape of the bird body, with a locking means (22) for fixing the bone. The device comprises contact sensors (41, 42, 43). The sensors (41, 42, 43) are arranged on the carrying (23) surface of the anatomic shape (21) of the retaining element (2). The hole (3) is located between the sensors (41, 42, 43). The method of injection and/or the method of vaccination of poultry include entrapment of birds. The bird is placed in the device. The desired part of the bird is pressed to the anatomic shape (21) of the retaining element (2) and the fixing element. The supporting bone actuates the sensors of displacement of the syringe. The veterinary preparation is injected. The device for injection of the preparation in poultry and/or set of tools for vaccination also includes a number of removable retaining elements and variable anatomic shape. The anatomic shape corresponds to different parts of the body and bones of the bird.
EFFECT: precise positioning of the bird in the device.
