SUBSTANCE: core filling mass, which is hardened and later removed, is introduced into continuous drainage channels of fold cellular core before application of initially non-hardened covering layers in order to avoid drawing of covering layers into channels of core composite during application and/or hardening of covering layers and reach edge or polygon-free surfaces of core composite.
EFFECT: core composites possess optimal structural-mechanical properties, ideal in aerodynamic and esthetic respect surface character, due to which direct further processing of core composites is possible without additional time-consuming and expensive, and under certain conditions mass-increasing, processing.
