SUBSTANCE: spiral proportioning feeder includes housing (1) with loading (2) and unloading (3) necks and accommodated in it transporting spiral (4), drive (5) and rod (8) accommodated in cavity of transporting spiral on opposite side from spiral. Transporting section of the device is made as cylindrical spiral spring (6) installed on shaft on loading neck side. Proportioning section of the device is made as screw conical spiral spring (7) installed on unloading neck side. In the area of unloading neck in proportioning section of the device, the housing is made conical. Conical rod (8) capable of axial shift and rotation is installed in screw conical spiral spring.
