SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over fluid flow in downhole tool. Proposed device comprises downhole tool to be run in the well in underground bed. Note here that said tool comprises: vessel with working fluid of hydraulic system; hydraulically driven device comprising, at least, one chamber to receive working fluid at pressure; 1^st hydraulic pump with inlet communicated with said vessel and outlet communicated with, at least, one chamber; 2^nd hydraulic pump with inlet communicated with vessel and outlet communicated with at least, one chamber; at least, one motor engaged with one of said pumps, and means for selective feed of working fluid from outlet of one of said pump into, at least, one chamber. Note here that maximum efficiency of 2^nd pump exceeds that of 1^st pump.

EFFECT: variable outlet pressure and/or flow rate.
