FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rocket engineering, and namely to irrigation plant of open type, which is installed in movement way of combustion products, to cool them and localise at horizontal arrangement of rocket engine on solid fuel and can be used both during testing, and elimination of rocket engine charge on solid fuel. Plant includes group of ring-shaped tubular headers with the radius changing so that it increases as to length of jet of combustion products, in each of which there made are holes oriented to water supply in the direction perpendicular to jet axis, which provide the water flow rate, which is similar for all headers. In addition, plant is equipped with the second and the third groups of headers, which are installed in series. Each of groups is made of headers with the radius that changes as to length of jet towards the decrease. At that, holes in each of headers are oriented for water supply opposite the jet movement so that similar or changing flow rate is provided.

EFFECT: increasing the use efficiency of the plant; enlarging the operating capabilities at provision of compliance with environmental requirements.
