FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in firing metalised charge of solid propellant in combustion chamber, directing combustion product flow into process system for braking, cooling and clearing in one apparatus with fluidised bed of granular material. Combustion product jet is directed inside fluidised bed horizontally, vertically or at angle to apparatus lengthwise axis. Jet penetrating into fluidised bed causes its braking, cooling and destruction to form gas bubbles running up along the bed. Simultaneously, hydrogen chloride is removed in absorption by granular material sorbent and retention of condensed impurities of aluminium oxide inside fluidised medium. Abruption of hydrogen chloride facilitates maintaining increased temperature inside bed gas medium and on grain surface due to combustion product afterburning by fluidisation air. Cooled and purified combustion products flowing out from fluidised bed come, together with bed airborne grains, into first separator to separate gas from grains, and into second separator for final cleaning. Separated grains are forced back into fluidised bed.
EFFECT: better ecology of recovery operations.
