SUBSTANCE: invention refers to investigation of materials by means of thermal devices, and namely to identification of intermediate phases in monocrystals of silicates. Identification method of intermediate phases in monocrystals of silicates is proposed, which consists in implementation of thermostatic heating and recording of phase transitions by means of mass spectrometer fixing the change in partial pressures of impurity volatile components in vacuum.

EFFECT: invention allows improving the accuracy of identification of parameters of intermediate phases in monocrystals of silicates.
