FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the accelerated transfer of adsorption gas layers to free gas by means of thermal and mechanical means, namely, exhaust of gas from the volume of vacuum-tube device (VTD). In the way of VTB exhaust, including air exhaust out of the enclosure volume of VTB, in which the cathode is placed, with simultaneous application of ultrasonic fluctuations to the enclosure, the enclosure is heated in conditions of ultrasonic fluctuations at the frequency of maximum ultrasonic wave passing through the VTB. Heating VTB enclosure at the maximum passing of ultrasonic fluctuations creates not known earlier effect of accelerated interruption of adsorption relationships of air molecules with the surface of material, resulting in increased desorption flows, and is the physical cause of reduction of exhaust duration.
EFFECT: reduction in the duration of exhaustion and energy costs for exhaustion.
